At the PCC’s request I have written a follow-up to my pastoral letter in April. You can download a copy of the letter from our website here, and there are printed copies available in church.
As I keep saying, if you would like to talk, please ask! I am happy to read and respond to emails, but I far prefer to have face-to-face conversations when it comes to complex questions like this one.
And please pray, as I said above. Please pray for the true unity that comes, not from being in the same institution but from being united in Jesus Christ:
Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.
Ephesians 2.19-22 (NIV)
Yours in him,

Revd Ben Green – Vicar
