It might sound strange to our ears but we are by nature slaves to sin – and only God can set us free.
We are all spiritually dead – but by the glorious gift of God we can be made alive – if we want in.
We learn about how we are God’s children because of his great love for us.
We need God’s grace to save us – but more than that, his grace transforms us into the people God wants us to be.
How do we come to believe the gospel? How can we live it out? Only by God’s power.
